Wellness Workshops


Friday Night at Studio 24 is an evening of holistic wellbeing workshops to sooth you after a busy week and ease you into the weekend.


From January 2020 we will be holding the following sessions on a Monthly rotation at 7.00pm as follows;


1st Friday Balance & Breathe a class including gentle movement, breathing exercises, meditation and DoTERRA Essential Oils

2nd Friday Tibetan Singing Bowls a guided mediation that leads you to experience the divine Tibetan Bowls

3rd Friday Yoga Nidra (Yogic Sleep) a gentle mind, body and breath connection using gentle asana (movement), 

pranayama (breath) and the final Yoga Nidra mediation

4th Friday Mediation Workshop practical ways to bring mindful meditation into your everyday lives
