We have been so excited to welcome our clients back to the studio whilst following our Covid - 19 Secure Guidelines.

We have been able to recommence our Pilates, Yoga, Balance & Breathe, Salsa and Tibetan Bowl Meditation Classes for up to 8 participants.

Our Holistic Treatment Team have also been helping us all to stay calm with Reflexology, Massage & Reiki.

We are also delighted to say that we will be re launching our Balance & Breathe experiences and adding Nordic Walking to our timetable.
